  looks like someone has been way too enthusiastic with a photoshop layer filters and 'levels'. I suppose it's such an average image I'd be tempted to manipulate it to this extent of of desperateness. Photoshop for photoshop sake really, it goes without saying there's no substitute for a good idea at the end of the day.
