  Parallel Practice is a full-service graphic design firm in Cleveland, Ohio that meets the visual communications needs of clients drawn primarily from the A/E/C and real estate industries. Yet we believe every business deserves design and that no project or client is too small: effective logos, identities, marketing collateral, environmental graphics and websites have been created for retailers to real estate investment trusts.
  
  Brian Frolo, Founder and Principal, received dual Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degrees from Kent State University (KSU) in 1993. After summer internships with Northeast Ohio firms Payto Architects, Richard Fleischman Architects and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (Chicago), he settled in his hometown of Cleveland. Five years at van Dijk, Pace, Westlake Architects (now Westlake, Reed, Leskosky) were followed by nine years at FORUM Architects where his initial role as building designer morphed into one as graphic designer for several internal and external assignments.
  
  Brian is also part-time professor of architectural design at KSU. With his wife, Karen, and children he serves the Northeast Ohio homeless community by conducting a chapel service held monthly at The City Mission, a local shelter.
