The Role Of Typography In Modern Architecture Dissertation.
Here are a selection of Pages from my Dissertation, The brief was only 1000 words so i was quite limited with my writing, i decided on making a small visually pleasing A5 book, concentrating on photographic imagery. whilst i was rolling with the idea of simplicity i decided to make all the images a shade of Blue, This creates a standard theme throughout the book.

hi, sorry about the late reply, well i have been looking for direct links from architecture to typography, if its research you've been looking for i would say "Stiengrubers Alphabet" then "lisa Rienerrman" i think the spelling is correct, google it if not. S"Alpha is palatial building designed in the shape of letters, thats rly interesting. if your looking for text incoporated into buildings then look at "The Mineart building" dortmund, germany, great use of text incorporation.
A great blog for information is "Typophile", you will be able to find lots of information on this subject.
hope i have helped you, ill send more links soon.

Hi, Im a undergraduate student at a Fine Arts school in New Zealand and i am researching a topic along the same lines as your dissertation. I was wondering if you found any great resources throughout your study and if you could please possibly post them here? I have recently read the book "Forms of inquiry- The architecture of critical graphic design" and found that useful but am struggling to fins more specific details. It would be great to know how you go on. Thanks Caro.
