Founded in 1998 by Jacques Dubuc and Laurence Gromb, the design agency Parce que le ciel est bleu, creates layouts for local and international clients for use both in print and online.

“Using QuarkXPress® is nothing new for us; since after we discovered the Mac® back in 1984, 3.0 quickly became one of our favourite tools,” said co-founder Jacques Dubuc.

Of course, he upgraded these packages regularly, migrating to QuarkXPress 7 to use version 7.3 today. “Obviously, we tried out other competitive applications, but we go back a long way with Quark and all our old designs are in QuarkXPress.  It was logical to continue to use this design package. Of all the applications on the market, it’s the only one to offer such creativity and productivity on a day-to-day basis. It was this, above all, that swayed our decision to continue using QuarkXPress, and the launch of Quark Interactive Designer™ has only confirmed our choice.”
