Paragraph, the French design studio founded 20 years ago, works for small and medium-sized businesses around Lyon (France), corporate organizations in the Rhône-Alpes region and artists across France.

Some loyalties last forever and Paragraph is no exception since it has used QuarkXPress® every day since the launch of version 1.1 in 1989. It has regularly introduced upgrades and has recently adopted version 7. Its activities include publishing art books and producing websites. This means using QuarkXPress on a daily basis, as well as applications such as Adobe® Photoshop®, Illustrator®, and Dreamweaver® on all five of its Mac® workstations.

The decision to work exclusively on QuarkXPress for layout design is not just out of habit. It’s also because it’s a “natural reflex as the working environment is so intuitive and user-friendly,” explained Pierre Guillaud, one of the key members of the design studio. When efficiency goes hand-in-hand with creativity, it seems natural to choose QuarkXPress.
