Quark allows you the chance to fill out custom text fields, some of which are publicly visible. The site therefore operates a moderation policy to ensure comments are appropriate. As there is no repeat log-in or user management, comments which break site rules will simply be replaced with a *moderated* entry.

Quark will remove all comments which:

•    incite hatred on the basis of race, religion, gender, nationality or sexuality or other personal characteristic.
•    include swearing use hate-speech or make obscene or vulgar comments.
•    break the law. This includes libel, condoning illegal activity and contempt of court (comments which might affect the outcome of an approaching court case).
