  salaam Shazia. thank you for your comment as we take all comments on board so really appreciate it, however first of all in answer to the point i woud like to point out that none of the contestants were professional as i made that well clear in the first place. he may have his naats on you tube etc but that dont class him as a proffessional. and as... See More for the judges i invited independent proffessional judges and i have no say in the results what so ever. I am confident the judges or any staff ember of the Academy can verify that. Also not everyone will be happy with the results. but we should not forget to congratulate and be happy for the winners. and a the end of they were all winners. and there will be many more opportunities for all the contestants in the future. and i will be here to support them all the way, anyway thanks again for your comment.

  This was a TOTALLY biased event! The girl that should have won had a beautuiful voice. The only reason she didn't win was becoz it was fixed and becoz she wernt part of the academy!
  None of the actual academy students were good enough and that would be a shameful thing for ishrat (i think thats her name). I didn't know the girl with the really nice voice but me and my friend (a teacher of the academy) took a vote secretly and all of the people we asked said that thy were utterly shocked when the girl came second or third! She just accepted the award and went to her mum and cried quietly (we actually saw her and she was really upset). so we went upto her and she said that she didn't mind and that organisations like these do this sort of thing. Bless her, she was so modest and patient!
  Me and and friend though totally think tht the nasheed academy should give that girl a well-deserved umra ticket. Her name was hafsa and we think that either she or the little ten year old girl should have won! the ten year old girl dint get ANYTHING and she had the second best voice and if she won i dont think ppl wud have been that shocked but the fact that the girl who should have potentially cum third or fourth came first and the girl that came third shud have cum summink lyk foursth or fifth!
  That girl has left a space in our hearts and i'm sure her name will shine one day (insha Allah). I dnt know wer shes frm but i hope shes from darby coz im from darby! I would love to meet her again :(
